Privacy Policy

EditScope Studio provides creative services, including AI voiceovers and video editing, through an account, order, credits and support dashboard. This policy explains the information used to provide those services.
Information we handle
- Account details such as your name, username, email address, profile image and sign-in information. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive basic account information needed to create or access your studio account.
- Service requests, including the service selected, instructions or topic, language, voice, duration, order status and delivery link.
- Credit balances, payment requests and transaction status, plus information you choose to provide while arranging payment.
- Messages you send through the in-app support chat.
How we use it
We use this information to sign you in, manage your account and credits, review payment requests, create and deliver orders, answer support messages, prevent misuse and keep the service working.
Services involved
Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Supabase provides account authentication, database and storage services. Google processes sign-in when you choose “Continue with Google.” Payment arrangements may involve PayPal, JazzCash or Easypaisa when offered; those providers handle their own payment services under their respective terms and privacy notices. Do not send card numbers, passwords or other sensitive payment credentials in support chat.
Access and retention
Account and order information is used by EditScope Studio staff to operate and support the service. We keep information for as long as needed for your account, orders, support and applicable recordkeeping. Deleting an account may not immediately remove records we must retain for completed transactions, disputes or legal obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can update your profile in the dashboard. To ask about your information or request account and data deletion, sign in and send a message in the in-app support chat stating your request. We may verify that the account belongs to you before acting. If you cannot sign in, use the account recovery option on the sign-in screen first.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service changes. The effective date at the top shows the version currently available on this page.
