Accounts and services

You may sign in with an email and password or with Google. Keep your account secure and provide accurate order details. Available services, prices in credits, and order requirements are shown in the studio before you place an order. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use or content that violates applicable law.

Credits and payments

Credits are used to pay for services within EditScope Studio. The purchase rate and credit amount are shown when you submit a purchase request. Credits are added after payment is verified. Payment instructions may offer PayPal for international users and JazzCash or Easypaisa for users in Pakistan, when those methods are available.

Purchased credits are not redeemable for cash and payments for unused credits are not refunded. You can keep and use your remaining credits for eligible services in the studio.

Orders and cancellation

To request cancellation, contact us through the in-app support chat as soon as possible and include your order number. If work on the order has not started, we can cancel it and return the credits used for that order to your studio wallet. Once work has started, the order cannot be cancelled under this policy. Returned credits are for future use in EditScope Studio and are not paid out as money.

Delivery and support

Order status and, when ready, the delivery link appear in your dashboard. Delivery estimates shown in the studio are estimates rather than guarantees. Use the in-app support chat to ask about an order, report a problem, or request help with your account.

Account and policy changes

We may change these terms as the service develops and will show the current effective date on this page. Changes apply to future use of the service. For how we handle account and order information, read our Privacy Policy.
